Always a delight to meet with Hawthorn in the expression of fellow Earth tenders. I adore Hawthorn and all the potent ways she initiates and protects as we embark on our journey into the Wholeness of our hearts.

This was wonderful to read Brigit, thankyou! I just gathered with a friend with a candle on the beach and we jumped over it, to mark Beltane and declare our intentions for this season. I have a question for you! (or anyone reading) It's something that's been bothering me for a year now. I want to gather with community in this way, celebrate the seasons and the Earth, but while I have friends who are interested, they never commit or gather. I find myself alone, all the time, wishing I coukd share these moments. Have you experienced this? Was there a time when you were coming into Earth connection, and felt like you were the only one? I'd love to know 😭 if I should be patient, if I should keep asking my friends, or if I should be spending this time alone...i don't know how to find my tribe. Sending lots of love out to this whole community xxx

That sounds like a beautiful thing.

I have experienced this and still do experience this sometimes. It can be a lonely or isolating thing, when we move into ways of being, that may go against the norm, or when we find a passion or longing that the group of people we know arent exploring themselves. Im so glad it doesn’t stop you though, and that even if on your own, you celebrate and honour in your own way. For myself, I did things alone from human company, or found one friend who felt safe to explore with, but it was from going to new places or groups that I began to find people to speak and share with.

Is there a way of finding things that are ready happening near you, so you don’t have the pressure of organising and while there, you may meet folk who are already interested.

So much love and wildness to you Jo xx
