Hello
I would love to ask you some questions about my offering for paid subscribers here on substack, and what you would like to see here. This helps me shape something that hopefully feels good and nourishing for those who come here.
Here are what Im trying to offer to paying subscribers as well as the free fortnightly letter -
A monthly in depth look at a plant
A monthly meditation recording
An exploration into the month on the seasonal calendar
Paid only posts
Here is what Im thinking might be nice to offer -
A monthly hour online meeting with a a theme
A monthly writing online hour
And, I wondered what you find the least interesting, dont worry! I wont be offended!
And also……..
And lastly
Thank you so very much for your time!!
And of course if there is something I haven’t asked but your thinking of, do let me know in the comments. And, please dont worry, I wont be offended by anything. Its all valuable feedback for me.
Much warmth
Brigit.
PS. Here is a picture of one of my secret river spots.
Dear Brigit, i have enjoyed your content since I subscribed a month or so ago, and wanted to respond to your request for feedback. What I'm most interested in hearing about is your unique viewpoint and relationship with not just nature, but with the particulars of the place you live. I love good writing. It's
nourishing to me - to hear other's particular connections with nature - as it helps me feel that there's a world wide web of tending the Earth, and she needs it so much. So I enjoy storytelling about you and those places and beings, photos like the one in this.post. I.loved the Dandelion piece. I'm often at or over saturation point with the amount of information that comes into my daily life, so shorter posts are helpful. More than one post every week or so makes me feel pressured. I like the meditations but again, 5 minutes not 20 as I don't often have 20 to devote. I have plenty of my own trauma, and skills to manage so not interested in that as a topic, so would appreciate a heads up on posts that head into that territory, as it can be triggering. As much as I'd like to see you on Zoom, I'm already maxxed out at present, and the same for writing. Warm regards, Lisa
Your information is of great value to me! Herb lore ought be celebrated and enjoyed for it's gifts. 'Lost Art'? No, herb lore such as you teach is a daily reminder that we live with a Mother, Mother Earth who feeds, clothes and nurtures us. You are timely, my dear, and I LOVE YOU. *Thank you!* Thank you just for being authentically WHO and WHAT you are! Your TRUTH is serving humankind! so, once again I am thankful for you, who serve, in this way. We need it! We need you.
