The equinox is coming, (20th March) which is a point of balance on the wheel of life. The days and the nights become equal and we stand one foot in the dark of the soil and roots and another foot in the golds of petals, medicines, buds and light.
This can be a turning point for many in how they feel within as the sun shines more and its presence is felt in their bones. Colours unfurl, blossoms open, primroses, dandelion flowers, celandine and wild garlic buds scatter their beauty and care along pathways, parks, hedgerows and woodlands, the smell of growth is in the air igniting a feeling within many that faith and hope can be realised.
It can be greatly inspiring to watch how things grow, it doesn’t matter if its a person, a more than human being, landscape or river that we witness grow, recover and awaken who they are, it will always bring inspiration for our own journey and hope into our hearts.
