Saturday Seeds and Spores
Here are some things that delighted, interested or intrigued me this last week
Hello lovelies
Here are some things that delighted, interested or intrigued me this last week….
EXPERIENCE
I am leading a beautiful retreat on the incredible Sharpham Estate on September 15th for five nights, its a new retreat that is based around rewilding and the stories, metaphors and understandings the processes of rewilding can bring for our own journey, hearts, soul and psyche. A deep dive into our internal world, guided by our outer nature.
Im incredibly excited about it and have been wanting to do a retreat like this combined with the rewilding lands and alongside my dear co facilitator Rupert for a while now.
TEA
Beautiful and exciting beings that have arrived recently are….
Young Hawthorn leaf buds, Nettles, Cleavers, Dandelion flowers, Celandine flowers, Pignuts, blossom, wild garlic and three cornered leek.
One of my favourite things to make at this time of year, is cleaver cold water over night infusion. It’s refreshing, spring like and helps shift stagnancy in the body by working with the lymphatic glands.
Cleavers is also known as sticky willy, goose grass or the scientific name is Galium aparine
