Hello

Here is one of the poems I shared on our creativity circle last Monday

Enough. These few words are enough.
If not these words, this breath.
If not this breath, this sitting here.
This opening to the life
we have refused
again and again
until now.
Until now.

Im looking forward to tomorrows circle. Im really touched by how it feels like such a gentle and lovely space in which people feel held in a way that enables them to explore something for an hour.

Below is the link for tomorrows session.

  • 12.45 circle opens With a welcome and a poem. Circle then opens to hear people briefly share what they will be exploring for the hour together. I have found that when we/I hear each person share it is delightful, inspiring or touching and helps open something in me, or ignites something in me that i would like to unfurl or open in my life. But, there is no pressure to share if it doesn’t feel right in the moment.

  • 1.00/1.05 we begin the creativity circle with cameras on, mic off. Having our cameras on helps to feel the sense of community and accountability for our processes.

  • 2.00/2.05 We come back into a group and share the essence of how it was for us if you feel able to, again you can always pass.

  • 2.15/20 we end with a poem and goodbye.

Quote by my friend and photographer Siân Davey - ‘Creativity is the path to wellness. Its our libido, its our vitality, its all of it. It’s where we hold our connection to life’

Link Below and a longer ‘into the woods’ letter coming your way tomorrow.

Much warmth and wild inspiration

Brigit xx
