I wanted to record and send over to you a meditation / contemplative practise on the reciprocity of breath.
The breath is a powerful ally, just from one deeper breath in and out, we can feel more grounded and spacious. The breath is a free and readily available ally that resides within us.
So often, people can feel alone in the world, disconnected from the natural world around them and from the terrain and weather patterns inside of them.
This meditation / contemplative practise combines both natures breath and inner breath and the connection between the two, it is a gentle yet potent reminder of the support, nourishment and reciprocity that is there for you without you even realising it, or having to do anything about.
There is a huge amount of care within our wild bodies and in the wild spirit of nature, one that holds us in love and offers up good medicine and kind holding in each moment.
Part of my work, when working as a eco-therapist, is to guide people towards remembering their two homes, the earth and their bodies, are allies, ensouled places to rest back in and be supported and nourished. We just need to remember the true stories about these places, rather than the ones we may have picked up that serve to disconnect us from both places.
